Matt’s background is in the custom home business. He and his wife Lisa started building custom homes in the Victoria area in 1998. Their homes have won several awards and range in size from small starter houses to elaborate luxury custom homes. They started using spray foam on a few clients houses and were so impressed with the savings they’re clients were reporting that they decided to put foam insulation in all their homes. Matt started Seal-Tite spray foam insulation in 2005 with the purchase of their first rig and a handful of customers. Today, Seal-Tite has offices in three locations across Central and South Texas and provides foam insulation for residential, commercial, agricultural and military projects. Randall is the Sales Manager for Seal-Tite and provides all the local sales in the Corpus Christi market. With an impressive 34 years in the insulation industry, Randall brings loads of experience to the Seal-Tite family. Once the owner of the largest insulation company in South Texas, he sold and installed all the insulation products on the market. He became convinced that spray foam insulation outperforms all other types of insulation in the market and decided to devote full time to help Seal-Tite become the leader in the South Texas market. He has sold spray foam to churches, fire stations, custom homes and recently completed a major installation for the University of Texas Marine Institute in Port Aransas. He is convinced that spray foam is the main product to help our nation reach zero energy use in buildings; which currently use more energy than automobiles.

Willy Strasner, Sales Manager for the SA/Austin Corridor and Hill Country, has 17 years of experience in residential construction - both custom and production. Beginning with Karry Company Custom Homes in 1992, he supervised the construction of the home that won the President's Award of Greater San Antonio Home Builders Association Parade of Homes that year. Subsequently, he spent 8 years with a small local company, Aspen Homes, that would eventually grow into the largest production home builder in the SA market as it was acquired by first Continental Homes and, later, DR Horton, the largest homebuilder in the nation. The company grew from 125 homes constructed per year to more than 1600 per year. Strasner was the first Continental Homes Project Manager with 35 superintendents managing as many as 500 homes concurrently under construction. Before joining Seal-Tite, he worked for a regional home builder, Armadillo Homes as VP of Construction and Director of Purchasing; Armadillo CEO, Beto Gutierrez, was Builder Magazine's 1996 Home Builder of the Year and made his reputation in affordable housing. Armadillo is where Strasner first developed an appreciation for sustainable, energy efficient home building methods and products. In addition to his role with Seal-Tite, he feeds his passion for sustainability in home building as a member of the Build San Antonio Green Technical Advisory Committee. He counts as inspirational mentors, old-time energy efficiency guru, Jim Sargent of Anderson-Sargent Custom Homes who first promoted energy efficiency in the 1970s long before it was cool, Richard Rue, co-founder of EnergyWise Structures and Mark LaLiberte of Building Knowledge, LLC. He resides with his wife, Rebecca, in the beautiful Texas Hill Country north of San Antonio.
